Stores May Hurt 'Never Gone' Sales: Several retailers ordering limited quantities

(FX) - For
retailers across North America in charge of placing their own product orders, 'Never Gone' is beeing seen as a "small" release.
This has lead to limited quantities being ordered for June 14th.
Several retailers will only be carrying up to 25 copies
of the new album on the day of it's release, which pales in comparison to the hundreds of copies retail stores order for what
they consider "major" new releases. As a result, the chances of Backstreet Boys fans being unable to get their
hands on
a copy of the album during it's first week of availability is a lot higher than usual.
Major retailers, such as Best
Buy, Wal-Mart and Target, will likely receive their usual quantities for new releases, which varies from 50-100
copies
for "smaller" releases. In comparison, there are usually up to 500 copies sent out for "major" new releases, such as next
week's releases of the new Black Eyed Peas and Coldplay albums

Whew! 4 days to go and we're more than ready to get this album out! We just finished up at the Today
Show and were so thankful to see so many of you come out to support us. The rain was relentless but we were right out there
with you getting poured on! Isn't Mother Nature great!
Our next stop is the Early Show taping and from what we hear, a lot of you sent in requests to join
us. The show will air on June 17th so if you missed it live today you'll be able to catch it then. We really do have the best
fans in the world. Thanks for believing in us all of these years!
Tonight we're heading to Tennessee to take part in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. It's
a great cause and we're happy to join them in the fight against Cancer. If you're in the area come out and join us!
A big hello goes out to all of our fans we saw when we visited Europe recently. Thanks for coming out
to see us and for all of your kind words. We'll be back in September on tour just to see you, so make sure you get your tickets
soon!
Don't forget we'll be at the Virgin Megastore in New York's Times Square on Tuesday signing copies
of Never Gone after our appearance on TRL. If you can make it, we would love to have you join us on the big day! Fun, friends
